Business Development / Sales Executive (Blockchain)

JOB TITLE: SALES
Chain Up is a pioneer in blockchain technology, providing a complete suite of blockchain technology solutions for businesses, covering both infrastructure development and ecosystem support.
Job Responsibilities
1. Cooperate with the sales director to achieve the sales targets in the responsible area.
2. Develop long-term relationships with customers, responsible for customer management and maintenance, daily communication and provide customers with timely answers.
3. Conduct analysis of your customers, dig deeply into their needs and integrate internal and external resources effectively to form a comprehensive solution.
4. Grasp the dynamics of the international market, knowing and having own opinions on the market conditions.
5. Participate in international industry summits and explore sales leads.
Job Requirements
1. Full-time bachelor degree or equivalent and above
2. 2-3 years of crypto sales related experience, fresh graduates with good qualifications could be accepted
3. Proficiency in Turkish is a must, while fluency in either English or Chinese.
4. Based in Turkey
5. Positive, optimistic and proactive
6. Careful and reliable
JOB TITLE: BDR
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation:
· Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify and qualify potential clients and partners.
· Utilize various methods, including online research, networking, and outbound communication, to generate leads.
2. Event and Activity:
· Host small scale offline events REGULARLY with the support of the marketing team
· Build relationship with local crypto players and enage them as sponsors for our local events
· Targeted participants are mainly crypto exchanges, project teams, KOLs, and crypto industry service providers.
· Promote Chain Up brand and build up local crypto relationship network.
3. Support for the sales and marketing teams:
· Understand the requirements of the customer and help Sales to convert the sales lead generated
· Support the marketing team to localize the company's marketing materials / content / website and logistics support for the company-sponsored industry exhibitions.
4. Sales Channel Development:
· Identify and establish sales channels, including partnerships, resellers, and distributors, to reach new markets and customers.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement effective channel sales strategies.
· Manage and nurture relationships with channel partners to ensure a productive and mutually beneficial partnership.
Qualifications:
Pay: Up to 51,381.00TRY per month

Qualifications:
- BDs of crypto exchanges and project teams or local KOLs are preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, lead generation, or channel sales roles, preferably in the blockchain or technology industry. Candidates with a strong background in financial and technology Saa S software will still be considered.
- Proficiency in Turkish is a must, while fluency in either English or Chinese.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
Pay: Up to 51,381.00TRY per month
