• Performing e TMF recording and archiving - Timely uploading of trial documents to the e TMF system and carrying out compliance checks

• Supporting and tracking trial-related payments (e.g. investigator fees), including invoice processing in the finance department

• Supporting financial and contract processes within the scope of the clinical research department

• Organizing the office archive together with the clinical team

• You are proficient in MS Office programs and prone to digital systems,

• You engage with colleagues with great energy

• You are a team player who thrives in a collaborative work environment and shows dedication in your work with a drive to learn.

• You have a personal drive with a ‘can-do’ attitude, taking initiative and ownership of tasks and demonstrating proactive thinking
