Essential Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate leadership and accountability in REACh programs.
  
• Solve problems, develop and execute REACh program objectives,
  
• Contribute short-term and some long-term business goals for REACh compliance program
  

Requirements:

• Experience on REACh regulation and development projects (TRL approach)
• Demonstrated autonomous Project Management skills with the ability to plan, communicate, execute, control, document and close tasks, projects, programs
• Accountable for the program goals, metrics, and performance indicators. Responsible to continuously improve current state of the program’s deliverables and outcomes
• Solid knowledge of surface related phenomena, aviation chemicals and qualification testing
• Experienced on corrosion preventive coating processes used in Aviation Industry such as painting, plating, anodizing, etc.
• Assure proper documentation of technical data generated for the assigned projects and / or tasks consistent with Engineering policies and procedures
• Strong and effective cross-functional teaming, coordination, and communication skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical or Metallurgical Engineering from an accredited college or university
• Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering
