DHL Supply Chain Turkey started its operations in 2000 providing warehousing, distribution, labeling, packaging, technical services, home delivery, spare parts logistics and reverse logistics services. DHL Supply Chain Turkey serving leading companies in consumer, retail, healthcare, automotive, engineering & manufacturing and technology sectors with more than 2000 employees in 370 thousand m2 warehousing space.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and/or similar sciences
- Having minimum 2 years of experience
- Experience in Performance Management, productivity and continuous improvement methodologies highly desirable
- Experience working within supply chain operations is essential for this role
- Must be dynamic and goal orientated; enabling site teams to work accordingly to the plan
- The ability to influence without formal authority is required strongly / significantly in this role
- Understanding the role as an integrated team role
- Experience is needed to collaborate with operations managers across all levels within a country
- Advanced level in both written and spoken English
Job Description:
- Drive the implementation of Operational Management System elements Support the Site Management Team to establish and maintain an organization that delivers
- Ensure targets are properly set for objectives & KPIs - support the maintenance
- Support the implementation and maintenance of performance management
- Ensuring the culture is mainstreamed by controlling performance outputs in the warehouse
- Work together with the Operations Management System Engineers during data system implementation for defining the site spesifics
- Drive the implementation and maintenance of the job standardization
- Maintain Continuous Improvement projects
- Report the Financial Benefits of Operations Management System
- Track and manage OMS culture dashboard, providing visibility to site manager, site leaders and OMS Advisor
