We are currently seeking a Client Service Associate I to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Client Service Associate I at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service, managing client relationships, and ensuring the smooth operation of client projects.

The role:

Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are executed effectively and efficiently
-
Coordinating and facilitating meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and documentation.

Providing administrative support, such as maintaining records, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.

Drafting contracts amendments and confidential disclosure agreements with sites;

Close communication with the Sites regarding negotiations progress and execution of documents;

Organize and place documents in sponsor-specific e TMF

track essential documents and dates in the systems
Your profile
-
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field preferred.
-
Fluency in English
-
Previous experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role is advantageous.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
