- Distributor management & account management.
- Partner with regional teams to recommend relevant commercial, marketing and any other functional initiatives in accordance to regional strategy and localized insights.
- Own overall short- and long-term business strategy to deliver against business ambition.
- Overall P&L management: drive route to market initiatives suitable for the Turkish market reality. Continuously evaluate the existing RTM and propose improvements/actions.
- Lead SGS agenda with the distribution partner in all commercial channels to drive business growth, commercial excellence, and brand building strategy.
- Recommend short and long-term business plans based on market insights and regional strategies.
- Lead the annual business planning process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders effectively to deliver global and regional strategic priorities.
- Build a positive and engaging Suntory Global Spirits work environment.
- Drive compliance against local regulations and company policies.
- Understanding of Turkish market dynamics (FMCG, spirits market is an advantage)

- 10+ years of commercial / business development experience in FMCG/national alcoholic beverage/companies is an advantage
- 4-5 years’ experience in team management (direct/indirect) & working with regional cross-functional teams, achieving goals on-time with limited resources in dynamic and competitive market.
- Proven track record for cultivating and growing strong relationships with key external & internal partners across various cultures.
- Ability to take a hands-on approach toward managing tactical as well as strategic work.
- Ability to analyze key business drivers and their financial implications on P&L, the balance sheet, and cash flows.
- Ability to leverage data for decision making (e.g. forecasting to estimate market demand).
- Proven track record of identifying, developing and growing channels and channel partners.
- Proven track record of leading tough negotiations (e.g. discussions with key stakeholders in high-risk situations).
- Ability to deal with ambiguous problems and build cross-functional solutions.
- Supports the local channel strategy for the organization and takes accountability for outcomes and ongoing results, always seeking improvement
- Embraces ambiguity and turbulence, but effectively manages uncertainty for distributor & internal stakeholders
- Successfully builds relationships and earns the trust and rapport of distributor partners and key customers at multiple levels, across multiple functions
- Has a strong blend of local and international mindset while working across key cities to unite and unleash the power of collective BSI & distributor team expertise and resources
- Champions entrepreneurial ways of thinking and doing things
- Is an agent of change, taking responsibility and ownership of the future of the BSI business
- Ability and experience to work in multi-cultural teams
