MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Analyze and track sales metrics, KPIs, and data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve sales performance. Work closely with sales teams to streamline sales processes, manage CRM systems, and maintain accurate data. Develop reports, dashboards, and forecasts to assist finance & sales leadership in decision-making. Collaborate with FP&A for coordinated planning with Business Unit teams on volumes, discounts, and promotional activities. Actively participate in planning by offering insights on depletion trends, stock positions, allocated volumes, and promotions. Prepare and analyze Distributors’ PLs, networking capitals and financial KPIs. Analyze collection performance of distributors and profitability by channels.

REQUIREMENTS TO DO THE JOB (KNOWLEDGE, ABILITY, BEHAVIOR):

Education: Preferably postgraduate education from Business Administration, Economics, or related faculties.

Experience: 6-8 years of work experience in relevant positions (preferably 3-4 years of FMCG experience)

Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets.
Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, Hub Spot, etc.) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI). Panaroma system experience is a plus
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or other data management tools.
FMCG experience is a plus
Problem-solving and process optimization mindset.
