Hotel Key Account Manager, Antalya

Location: Antalya, Türkiye
Reports to: Hotel Channel Manager
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the company/department while executing sales at both field and customer levels.
- Ensure the achievement of sales targets within the designated region.
- Control and report on the promotional and expenditure budgets.
- Conduct customer and field visits, either independently or accompanied by the sales supervisor or sales representative.
- Manage negotiations with key account customers, leading to successful deals.
- Conduct profitability calculations on a customer-by-customer basis and share the results with the Hotel Channel Manager for approval.
- Prepare and publish monthly activity reports.
- Provide feedback on trends and key issues affecting the sales region, and offer recommendations for necessary actions.
- Manage distributor teams, monitor distributor stock levels, oversee hotel credit limits, and ensure that point-of-sale content is managed effectively.
- Organize regular meetings with distributor managers and report the outcomes to senior management.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve optimal performance.
- Foster an environment that promotes teamwork and effective leadership.
- Set individual targets and identify development needs for each team member, delegating responsibilities as required.
- Uphold Pernod Ricard’s core values in daily operations.
- Encourage the sharing of innovations and best practices within the team.
- Collaborate effectively with the Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and Trade Marketing departments.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- MBA in Marketing/Business Administration and fluency in English are assets.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the FMCG industry, particularly in sales and marketing.
- Proven experience negotiating with large-scale customers.
- 8 years of total experience, preferably in FMCG with a focus on marketing.
- 3 years of management experience.
- Proficient in English, with the ability to handle job responsibilities, understand instructions, negotiate, and produce reports.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Proven capability in managing, coaching, developing, and motivating teams.
- Commercial acumen and a cross-functional perspective.
- Ability to understand market dynamics and competitive environments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building open, collaborative partnerships.
- Confident presentation skills for internal and external audiences.
- Willingness to travel within the country as needed.
