Responsibilities:

Monitoring that the quality and content control of field services obtained through the Mobile Web inspection system, such as site visits, product availability, accurate information entry, etc., are carried out in direct proportion.
Creating the most efficient routes for sales support personnel within the scope of responsibility through coverage and spacing studies.
Conducting regular visits to supervise sales support personnel.
Identifying the development areas of the team, creating training programs, and providing on-the-job training.
Collecting and transmitting necessary information for required field reports on time.
Planning and implementing regional sales-enhancing availability and visibility actions in addition to central applications.
Identifying opportunities to increase coverage within the scope of responsibility and sharing them with the manager.
Collecting and transmitting field information related to the general market, sector, and competition within the scope of regulations (new products, operational changes, new activities, etc.).
Determining seasonal sales support personnel needs and creating their routes.
Conducting monthly and quarterly store and region-based analyses. Sharing regional presentations summarizing risks, opportunities, and action proposals with the channel manager, chain store managers, and field coordinator.
Performing planogram and front-face checks for Pernod Ricard and competitor product portfolios and ensuring their compliance.
Checking and ensuring the availability of up-to-date price tags for each listed product.
Controlling, setting up, and following up central display agreements according to defined standards.
Conducting inter-store product transfers when needed.
Supporting the Supply Chain Team within the scope of the return procedure.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree
Total Work Experience: 7 years
Relevant Work Experience: 5 years (FMCG sector experience)
Language Skills:
Beginner: Very basic knowledge. Not expected to speak, write, or read.
Intermediate: Able to understand and respond to simple instructions.
Good: Sufficient for job performance; able to explain and understand instructions, negotiate a topic, read and write reports.
Very Good: Fluent, able to read/write reports/correspondence/speak and translate.
Computer Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
