PURPOSE: The sales manager actively maintains and expands our feedstuff and grains customer base in the country, puts strategies into action and contributes to P&L targets.

PURPOSE: The sales manager actively maintains and expands our feedstuff and grains customer base in the country, puts strategies into action and contributes to P&L targets.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take responsibility of feedstuff/grains clients in Turkey, including Key Accounts and mid/small size accounts.
- Managing the sales team, distribution of accounts, evaluating performance/ results
- Controlling all sales activities with existing and potential customers
- Establish and develop long-term customer relationships
- Cooperate w trade, execution and logistics to realize sales activities

Monitoring the market and identify market potential, contribute to strategies and targets
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS and EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, International Relations, International Trade or similar subject.
- Experience in the B2B grains/ feedstuff/ oils / oilseeds markets.
- Knowledge and commercial contacts in the above mentioned markets.
- Preferably experience in team management.
- Flexible and willingness to travel regularly within the region.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Independent and structured work
- Enthusiasm, initiative and ability to work under pressure
- Team spirit, result oriented and strong communication skills
