We are looking for a Customer Sales Supervisor.

As Customer Sales Supervisor, we rely on you to;

To provide the highest level of service to promote customer satisfaction / retention while optimizing booking opportunities.

Provide a warm, helpful and informative service over the phone
Contribute to creating an excellent experience to all guests
Handle all guest requests in a professional and timely manner
Upsells rooms to meet guests' needs and improve hotel revenue
Shows empathy; understands diversity in guest behavior

We are looking for someone who;

Takes pride in being a hotelier
Loves interacting with guests and customers
Enjoys working as part of a team
Has a can-do attitude
Is a self-starter
Enjoys crafting best-fit solutions for guests
Communicates and writes with fluency in English (and local language)
1 or 2 years in Reservations, Revenue Management, Front Office or Sales
Good selling skills
People-oriented attitude
Proficient in operating Opera PMS
