Job Description
This position will be responsible for daily affairs in the technical service center and report to the service manager.
Responsibilities
- Service acceptance: Responsible for receiving user visits, answering local user service requests/complaints, etc. and recording them, cooperating with the service manager's service coordination work, and assisting in handling key customer service needs.
- Service Online reply consultation:Online survey/telephone interview of machine satisfaction/service satisfaction of users according to the requirements of the China headquarters, reporting relevant data and analysis results, and ensuring that the data is accurate and effective.
- Daily management: Assist the service manager to complete the procurement of office supplies and items related to the service center, water, electricity, property and logistics related work docking, ensure operational compliance, and do a good job in on-site 5S management.
- Others: Other matters assigned by the service manager.
Qualifications
- Language requirements: English.
- Experience: Those with experience in after-sales internal affairs are preferred.
- Able to use office software proficiently.
- Strong communication skills.
