Data Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Data Specialist to join our dynamic team. If you have a knack for managing CRM systems, generating insightful reports, and efficiently distributing data across teams, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the CRM system (Bitrix24) , ensuring data accuracy and integrity
• Create, analyze, and distribute reports to various departments
• Work closely with teams to streamline data processes and enhance efficiency
• Extract, organize, and interpret data to support business decision-making
• Identify and implement process improvements in data handling and reporting
• Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Data Specialist or similar role
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Bitrix24, etc.)
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets)
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication skills
• Good Speaking level of English
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, IT, or a related field is preferred
