We are looking for District Commercial Manager who will work in İstanbul
Read further if you want to learn what the main responsibilities of the role are:

Translate national sales KPIs into district and individual objectives
Develop and manage team and individual activities to optimize working results, create team spirit and optimize team efficiency
Working in close cooperation with other sales channels and functions to ensure the collaboration to reach the targeted business results in consumer at the core approach.
Execute channel strategies and ensure execution with strong commercial vision in your region
Guide and advise the team in their development of the local area plans.
Budget coordination: accurate and regular analyses on your assigned budget to optimize the spending

What are we looking for?

Bachelor's degree,
Advanced proficiency in both written and verbal English,
6 to 8 years of different channel experience within Sales and Sales back- Office (Key Account, Distributor, E-Commerce etc)
Business and Financial Accumen in diverse & challenging environment,
At least 2 years of experience in team leadership and peer coaching,
A great team player, who is also able to get out the best of every team member,
Have strong internal/external stakeholder management skills,
You're result-oriented, consumer focused, eager to learn, and thrive in a dynamic environment,
Mobility for diverse geographies within Turkey is a plus.
