Engineering Supervisor

As a Engineering Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in our dynamic team. You will support for products and technologies from creation to full scale manufacturing that are safe, reproducible (consistent quality) and economically viable by partnering with Operations, Quality, SHEQ, Purchasing, Finance and other departments within the organization.

Key responsibilities
The Engineering Supervisor is Leading engineering projects in such a way that engineering products are delivered on time and of good quality, activities with :

• Managing capital and non-capital projects to improve capacity, quality, efficiency, utilization, and safety at the lowest cost
• Preparing, planning, coordinating, monitoring and reporting of engineering projects
• Communicating and collaborating with other project participants to create more efficient project methods and to maintain the project's goals
• Managing all execution and commissioning works including mechanical and electrical on site
• Contributing operational and performance qualification report with QA.

You bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic or Mechatronic Engineering or related fields
• Minimum 3 or more year’s experience in engineering or maintenance
• Strong communication (verbal & written), coaching, and leadership skills in a cross-functionally environment.
• A sense of ownership, delivering results that matter and contribute significantly to success
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
• Knowledge of standards, policies and engineering practices
• Experience in Autocad and MS-Office software.
