Your key responsibilities:
- Manage the successful delivery of R&D incentives services to the client.
- Manage the audit of R&D incentives like Corporate Income Tax deduction, Income Tax exemption, Social Security Premium exemption, etc.
- Manage the application process for R&D center and technopark.
- Manage the application process for Tubitak and other associations for R&D Project supports.
- Review technical R&D project reports to bring out the key factors to be eligible for R&D supports and incentives.
- Support the development of junior personnel in the team
- Build relationships both within the firm and externally with clients, identifying opportunities and managing expectations
- Contribute to winning new work by proactively managing existing clients and contribute to winning new clients.
- Responsible for day-to-day client liaison
Skills and attributes for success:
- Experienced R&D process and incentives practitioner with respect to R&D Legislation such as Law Number 5746 and 4691.
- Proven ability to read and interpret existing and probable new legislation.
- Team player; ability to integrate with new teams quickly
- Outgoing with good relationship skills and the ability to deliver quality output
- Strong technical skills and keen to develop further
- Relationship management skills with ability to manage client expectations
- Ability to build effective relationships at all levels
- Ability to solve problems creatively and pragmatically
To qualify for the role you must have:
- graduate degree from either industrial engineering or bachelor of administration (business administration, economy, management, etc)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills and a collaborative approach to management
- The flexibility to constantly learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum work experience of 5 years in the expected work areas.
- At least intermediate level of English Language skills
Ideally, you’ll also have:
- Project management skills, plan and prioritize work, meet deadlines, monitor own budget.
- Strong and effective oratory skill.
