Finance Manager(Heavy machinery)

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager located in Istanbul. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial activities, creating financial reports, developing budgets, analyzing financial data, and providing strategic financial guidance to the company.
We are an international company headquartered in China, engaged in the rental of aerial work platforms and construction materials (such as scaffolding). We have a branch in Turkey and are currently seeking an experienced Finance Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Imporve the finance managing system, including internal control、Tax、Accounting、Planning and expense management.
- To work with the tax and book-keeping agent service, to ensure the compliance requirement of accounting and Tax.
- To promote the integration of business and Finance, to promote the connection of bussiness system and Finance system.
- To deal with the Finance issues during the business promotion.
- Be responsible for the the planning of business teams, performance evaluation, give deep analysis of difference between planning and actual results.
- Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Reporting skills
- Experience in financial planning and forecasting
- Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Have work experience in both big four and in- house finance department;
- Have work experience in the area of Accounting ,TAX, planning and Internal Contro preferredl;
- Have work experience more than 2 years
- Fluent English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly
- CPA or CFA certification is a plus
Pay: 1.00TRY - 2.00TRY per month
