We are looking for an HR Assistant Specialist for our Development Center in İzmir.
Location: TR / İzmir
A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:
Education
  • Graduation from Business Administration, Communiaction, Human Resources Management or relevant departments of universities.
Experience / Technical Knowledge:
  • 2+ years of experience in the HR department.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of the Labour Law,
  • Knowledge of the recruitment process,
  • Experienced in administrative tasks,
  • Knowledge of Operational HR
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Job Description:
The successful new joiner will be a member of an international team, which enables him/her to improve his/her technical and personal competencies. To take part in Simply Deliver’s recruitment, wage and benefits, career development, performance evaluation processes, CV evaluation, and candidate interviews, and to support the department management in the development or improvement of human resources processes and procedures.
What we are expecting from her/him;
  • Ensure smooth and complete recruitment processes.
  • Organize and follow up on company events and activities.
  • Create, update, and maintain employee personnel files.
  • Collaborate with SSK and KUR, developing partnerships with relevant institutions.
  • Support employee retention and ensure continuity within the organization.
  • Identify suitable candidates, organize and conduct interviews.
  • Assist other departments when needed.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned by the administration.
  • Prepare HR reports and statistics.
  • Assist in the execution of operational plans for the CHRO.
  • Track and maintain HR platforms and systems.
  • Engage in all HR and administrative operations.
  • Promote and transfer Simply Deliver’s company culture to employees.
  • Manage Administrative Affairs processes and coordinate with relevant departments.
