Sephora has been active in Turkey since 2007, with 41 stores and online in 10 different cities. As Sephora Turkey, we are looking for a “HR Operations Specialist (1 Year Temporary)” .


You will be responsible for:

• Accurate and timely payroll and salary calculations.

• Accurate and timely payment of salaries and all other payments.

• Preparing all reports for the relevant month and carrying out reconciliations.

• Following up on recruitment and dismissal procedures.

• Completing and keeping up to date personnel files.

• Preparing all legal notifications accurately and on time.

• Conducting necessary correspondence with official institutions and organizations.

• Reconciliation of annual leave.

• Ensuring the consistent use of the leave and shift system and responding to incoming requests.

• Ensuring compliance with Labour Law, SGK, and İşkur legislation.

• Bachelors degree.

• Energetic with strong mathematical and analytical skills.

• Meticulous in following up on work and possessing strong supervisory skills.

• A strong communicator, solution-oriented, planned, and organized.

• Proficient in MS Office programs, with excellent Excel skills.

• Good knowledge of Labour Law, SGK, and İşkur legislation.

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.

• Good command of English.
