As an HR Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our mission to attract, nurture, and retain exceptional talent. Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews
- Support onboarding initiatives to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
- Administer employee benefits and compensation programs
- Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and encourage career growth
- Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide actionable feedback
- Support the resolution of employee relations issues and improve workplace culture
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Maintain HR records and prepare reports for management as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in HR roles
- Excellent command of the English language
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
- Familiarity with local employment laws and regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Proactive attitude, with a passion for fostering a positive work environment
