General Qualifications and job Description :

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Maintenance Department
• Proficient in MS Office applications (knowledge of Auto CAD and PLC is an advantage)
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Skilled in solving maintenance and malfunction issues, with knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
• Advanced reporting skills, analytical mindset, solution-oriented, detail-focused, and disciplined in planning
• A strong team player, capable of taking initiative, eager to learn, and open to change
• Possesses strong organizational, time management, and decision-making skills
• Holds a valid driver's license
• Preferably experienced in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) with relevant certification
• Male candidates must have completed military service

• Support supply of spare parts from domestic and abroad
• Make engineering actions related to improvement and performance of machines and equipments.
• Controlling daily energy consumption on the basis of departments
• Intervene long-lasting or unsolved breakdowns
• Take an active role in the assembly, disassembly and transportation processes of the machines and systems in the shopfloor
• Schedule and organize annual maintenanc e plan
• Provide solving to comprise of mechanic, electrical or electronic breakdowns
• Intervene in case of problems in transformers or transformer rooms
• Willing to be a good member in CI activities
• Spare parts stock management
• Leading energy saving projects implemented throughout the factory
