Your responsibilities and tasks:

For our offices in Istanbul Fatih Sultan Mehmet Mah. Poligon Cad. No:8/A, Buyaka Plaza or Izmir we are looking for a Marketing Specialist in charge of the following:

Developing and advising on the marketing & communication strategy for all GEA divisions across the Turkey in-line with GEA Global campaigns
Creating and executing marketing campaigns in line with product and market demands
Develops and implements marketing activities and campaigns which results in the desired order intake, market position, image and customer satisfaction
Supporting the development and production of marketing communication tools and projects, such as social media, events and shows (national and international) email marketing, literature and presentations, ultimately contributing to the successful sales and marketing of GEA products.
Managing and organizing corporate events and trade shows / exhibitions.
Performing market research, market analysis and customer analysis and based on that, recommending on trends and developments in the Turkish market.
Supporting sales teams in getting and maintaining customer and business intelligence
Work with Corporate Development on Market Intelligence Projects
Managing the marketing activities in close cooperation with Division marketing and corporate marketing
Managing and participating in projects and teams concerning
Managing expectations from Sales, Service and divisions, related to marketing activities.

Your profile and qualifications:

Bachelor in Marketing & Communications or Business Management or relevant qualification
3+ years of experience in similar role, developing arketing plans and executing them
Track record in internal- as well as external communication projects, organizing customer events and exhibitions
Experience of using design software such as Adobe Products
Demonstrated written / verbal communication in English (ability to present business updates and key facts to divisional leadership team) and creative ability
Demonstrated project management across multiple projects
Enthusiastic and able to influence people about ideas
Hands-on and practical approach
Networker
Pro-active
