Guess, a renowned leader in the global fashion industry, is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and visibility of our brand, driving customer engagement and optimizing sales across our stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the promotion of seasonal collections and retail marketing initiatives, enhancing brand visibility.
- Conduct detailed competitor analysis and monitor market trends to inform strategic marketing decisions.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aimed at increasing in-store traffic and customer engagement.
- Collaborate closely with press members, stylists, influencers, and external partners to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns.
- Support key events, including store openings and collection launches, ensuring seamless execution and strong brand representation.
- Work in alignment with the global marketing team to adapt international strategies for the local market context.
- Oversee the production and distribution of marketing materials, managing relationships with external vendors.
- Monitor and report on marketing budget expenditures and performance metrics in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in marketing, public relations, communications, or retail marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with precision and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with Adobe or similar software is an advantage).
- Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English
