Position: Procurement Associate - Turkey

Azurreo is looking for a Procurement Associate to join our team in Lebanon. This is a full-time position for professionals seeking stability and growth in their careers.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Procurement Activities: Oversee the procurement of essential goods and services to support the company’s operations.
• Leadership Tasks: Take on leadership responsibilities within the procurement department, contributing to its strategic direction and efficiency.
• Supplier Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure efficient procurement processes.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers regarding pricing, timelines, and quality standards.
• Forecasting: Anticipate future procurement needs to ensure resource availability and prevent shortages.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align procurement strategies with overall business objectives.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Education: University degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement or a related role, demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Arabic is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficient with procurement software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel capabilities.
• Personal Qualities: Detail-oriented, solution-driven, and capable of providing leadership within an international team environment.
