We are looking for a dynamic Procurement Specialist to optimize our company's procurement processes, increase cost savings and maintain high quality standards. In this position, you will play a strategic role in the procurement of materials and services needed by the company, strengthen our relationships with suppliers and manage procurement processes.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Economics and Administrative Sciences
• Minimum of 2 years experience in especially indirect procurement
• Process orientation and knowledge of internal processes of a manufacturing company
• Experience with SAP MRP, proficiency in excel
• Fluent in both oral and written in English
• Experience in tender management
• Basic knowledge of legal and contractual rules which are generally relevant for sourcing (price, incoterms, payment conditions, etc.)
• Self-starter with ability to communicate and influence both senior leadership and project managers, and deliver proven results
• Demonstrated ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects, driving results independently and as part of a team
• Ability to maintain perspective and confidence in face of difficult price negotiations, exceptionally tight deadlines and expectations
• Strong negotiation skills, knowledge of standard procurement practices and contract diplomacy
• Superior analytical skills and solid proficiency in Excel
• Willingness to step up and take ownership within new tasks and projects
• Willingness to travel (Mobility) and ability to work in a team.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identifies, suggests and leads strategic sourcing initiatives within assigned commodity groups
• Sources new materials and new suppliers for multiple Dr. Oetker Plant in Turkey
• Builds and maintain strategic relationship with key suppliers
• Negotiates pricing and terms for assigned categories with suppliers, and manage execution of contracts and supply agreements
• Monitors commodity markets on a daily basis and prepare recommendations for the purchase of these commodities, as required
• Meets with suppliers to review business performance, challenges, pricing, cost savings initiatives, new product concepts and projects
• Works cross-functionally with other departments to launch new products on time and implement cost-reduction, improvement and risk diversification projects
• Investigates and compiles purchasing costs by item for annual budgets, quarterly and monthly estimations, and present forecasts, reports, PPV analysis and budget proposals to senior management for approval
• Collaborates with the Dr. Oetker global procurement team, and support international colleagues during joint global negotiations and projects.
