Responsibilities:
- Organizes and allocates resources to effectively and efficiently meet line production targets.
- Responds to resource issues as necessary.
- Leads capacity planning and resource optimization for the assigned unit or line.
- Ensures that production scheduling and production plan meets the volume requirements agreed in the demand plan and defined inventory service levels.
- Identifies and recommends technical equipment and facility improvements as necessary.
- Ensures execution of volume, conforming product, and on-time delivery targets for the assigned production lines.
- Identifies deficiencies in production area, proposes improvement activities, and oversees implementation of actions to improve production performance.
- Manages the resolution of critical product or equipment issues together with relevant internal teams.
- Ensures (with HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed.
- Guides, motivates and develops direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies.
- Ensures the shift operation is run in compliance with health & safety policies and guidelines.
- Blue collar management, performance tracking.
- Ensures blue collar payroll, expense transactions. Overtime organizations food, service, taxi.
Your Background
- Very strong communication and analytical skills.
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach.
- Self-motivated, customer oriented, multi-tasking, having stress management capability.
- Proven ability to successfully work with cross functional teams and implement improvement within a strict time frame and sustain improvements.
- Capable of balancing speed and accuracy to achieve efficiency.
- Management of Blue Collar.
- Knowledge of Business law.
- Advanced level of written and spoken English and Turkish.
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs and SAP.
- Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering.
