Solina Gıda Aş established as Solina group company in 2010 in Turkey. It continues its production and sales activities in the factory established in Kemalpasa, Izmir.

The purpose of this role will be to implement, update and monitor instructions and methods for quality control and quality assurance in cooperation with the Quality Manager in order to meet internal and external quality specifications, customer requirements and legal regulations.

In order to achieve that, the main tasks weill be:

Develop specification for raw materials / finished goods in coordination with the supply chain and R&D departments based on national and European standards as well as standards of the group quality management,
Handling of customers complaints/requests, analyzing of reasons, and prepare answers and action plan for the customers for all quality related issues,
Follow suppliers om quality-related topics
Responsible for daily operation in terms of Quality Assurance -Quality Control related issues,
Capable of preparation and presentation of training programs for colleagues and suppliers, as necessities of the continuous quality improvement,
Prepare sample for customer in coordination with Sales and R&D.
Ensure quality systems sustainability and manage critical control points (include Halal) and quality analysis and action plans.
Ensure quality control and traceability, control the qualities of incoming and outgoing of packaging, raw materials, finished products and imported products
Conduct occasionaly raw materials, packaging materials and finish -trade product testing

HARD SKILLS:

Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering
Perfect written and spoken English
Previous 1-3 years experience in Quality Department represent a significant plus

SOFT SKILLS:

Energetic, positive approach
Displays a growth mindset: willing to learn, seeking out opportunities to continuously expand his/her functional knowledge and capabilities
Good systematic and analytical thinking skills to collect, analyze and interpret data . Able to provide accurate datas and info

OTHER :
