BM Fleet Logistic is a company that has been operating in Turkey for more than 2 years and has been providing consultancy to the truck fleet operating in US for 9 years. We are waiting for the applications of qualified candidates who can be our teammates in our growth-oriented, dynamic, international company that is constantly trying to incorporate different business lines.
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment
  • Fluency in English (IELTS, TOEFL certificates are preferred)
  • High communication and persuasion skills
  • To be prone to teamwork
  • To be successful in business follow-up
  • Being open to self-improvement
  • To have a good command of MS Office programs
  • Aiming to work internationally in recruitment
Job Description:
  • Playing an active role in all recruitment processes
  • Evaluating job applications and finding suitable candidates
  • Edit the list of eligible candidates
  • Conducting preliminary interviews with candidates
  • Follow-up and reporting of the processes following the preliminary interviews
