• Graduated from universities, preferably with a degree in Psychology, Guidance and Psychological Counseling, or related fields
• Proficient in English (at least B1-B2 level)
• Proficient in MS Office and Outlook
• Experienced in white-collar recruitment
• Friendly, proactive, highly motivated, analytical, research-oriented, ambitious, and capable of taking initiative
• Successful in candidate sourcing and telephone interviews
• Completed military service (for male candidates)

• Play an active role in candidate sourcing to meet monthly individual recruitment targets
• Develop action plans to fill open positions related to recruitment projects
• Publish job advertisements on our website and social media accounts
• Conduct candidate searches using in-house databases, Linked In, and career sites, and transfer suitable candidates into the software system
• Conduct pre-screening interviews over the phone and invite candidates that meet client expectations to interviews
• Analyze candidates' competencies during interviews and assess their English proficiency
• Prepare and present interview reports of suitable candidates to client companies
• Clarify the status of candidates by discussing interview reports with client companies
• Make job offers to selected candidates by contacting them via phone
• Organize interviews for candidates whom the client company wishes to meet
• Conduct reference checks for suitable candidates and make job offers to those with positive references
• Communicate in English with our foreign clients and prepare interview reports in English when necessary
• Provide feedback to candidates who are not suitable based on the feedback received from client companies
