LUXOFT's goal is to empower our customers, with deep domain knowledge and smart solutions, to develop cars of the future. Great mechanical engineering is not the only criteria anymore for delivering the best cars in the world. Using state of the art software technologies are key to provide the requested user experience. For the various software development projects and environments in automotive, we are looking for Embedded Software Developer. Join our international team of enthusiastic, experienced and Agile Software Developers to develop simulation software utilized for testing & validation of Autonomous Driving functions through the overall CI/CD toolchain utilized in the development of entire functional areas of cars and used in future vehicles of a famous German automotive manufacturer worldwide. Help out in the creation of features that will be used daily by millions of drivers once the next generation of vehicles hit the roads in 2025 and later.Responsibilities
Design, Develop and maintain testing infrastructure within the state-of-the-art virtual ECU testing framework
Automate processes like packaging, building and deploying artifacts for the testing framework
Orchestration of virtual ECU testing components using containerization and VM and cloud technologies
Development, build and deployment of SW using our CI/CD pipelines
Contribute to software architecture design, development of software applications and integration into enterprise systems
Interact with teams of engineers from multiple disciplines
Develop and verify software based on the requirements
Perform demos for business stakeholders and ensure software meets their requirements
Skills
Must have
Academic degree in computer science, electrical engineering, telecommunication engineering or similar qualification
Software development experience in international large-scale projects, preferably in the automotive domain
Experience in Linux-based and Windows OS
Experience with Python programming
Experience with scripting languages. (Batch, Shell etc.. )
Experience with creating CI/CD pipelines with tools like Git Hub, Zuul, Packer
Good understanding of object oriented programming and design
Ability to follow test-driven development approach
Able to communicate and present internally and externally in a confident manner
Strong customer focus, assertiveness and precise method of operation
Possesses an understanding of architectural dependencies of technologies in the customer's analytic environments
Highly motivated team player
Experience with SW build and configuration background (CMAKE/Bazel)
Experience with QEMU, hypervisor and virtualization
Experience with C++ programming
Knowledge in Cloud technologies
Knowledge of bus systems CAN, LIN, Some IP, Flex Ray
Experience in the automotive industry
