Role Description & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for implementing the Dassault Systèmes Industry Strategy for assigned existing accounts and their value chain in order to increase penetration and revenue growth on a short and mid-term basis.- Build and develop trusted relationships at executive level and within all layers of client organization to ensure sustainable business for 3DS
- Identify key customer challenges and drivers to transformation to propose 3DS Solutions
- Deliver sourcing and revenue plans by executing an overall sales strategy based on target process, involving 3DSEcosystem
- Identify new projects and engage with key stakeholders across the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Develop the trusted advisor relationship with Key Customer Executives to foster a sustainable partnership between both companies
- Be accountable to engage systematically on value. Positioning and selling 3DS Business Consulting missions to support client’s business transformation and delivering and monitoring End-to-End Business Value through our Industry Solutions Experiences
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field (MBA highly preferred)
- Proven success in software sales within large, complex multinational technology companies
- Experience in the Aerospace & Defense, Public Services, or Manufacturing industries is strongly preferred
- 8+ years of experience selling high-value, complex software solutions to international or large enterprises
- Prior experience with MES/MOM software is preferred
- Hunter mentality: ambitious, results-driven, and motivated by success
- Strong skills in relationship-building, communication, and negotiation
- Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams and navigate complex organizational structures
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Fluency in English and Turkish is required; additional languages are a plus
