Sales Executive Aerospace & Defense

Dassault Systèmes is seeking a sales-driven and results-oriented Senior Client Executive focused on Aerospace & Defense Industry to successfully develop and close business opportunities to increase the company’ footprint and deliver the revenue plan within Turkey.
Role Description & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for implementing the Dassault Systèmes Industry Strategy for assigned existing accounts and their value chain in order to increase penetration and revenue growth on a short and mid-term basis.
  • Build and develop trusted relationships at executive level and within all layers of client organization to ensure sustainable business for 3DS
  • Identify key customer challenges and drivers to transformation to propose 3DS Solutions
  • Deliver sourcing and revenue plans by executing an overall sales strategy based on target process, involving 3DSEcosystem
  • Identify new projects and engage with key stakeholders across the Aerospace and Defense industry
  • Develop the trusted advisor relationship with Key Customer Executives to foster a sustainable partnership between both companies
  • Be accountable to engage systematically on value. Positioning and selling 3DS Business Consulting missions to support client’s business transformation and delivering and monitoring End-to-End Business Value through our Industry Solutions Experiences
Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field (MBA highly preferred)
  • Proven success in software sales within large, complex multinational technology companies
  • Experience in the Aerospace & Defense, Public Services, or Manufacturing industries is strongly preferred
  • 8+ years of experience selling high-value, complex software solutions to international or large enterprises
  • Prior experience with MES/MOM software is preferred
  • Hunter mentality: ambitious, results-driven, and motivated by success
  • Strong skills in relationship-building, communication, and negotiation
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams and navigate complex organizational structures
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Fluency in English and Turkish is required; additional languages are a plus
