WE ARE LOOKING FOR A REMOTE EMPLOYEE, aged 25-35.
Requirements:
  • Stable internet connection, quality headset, and a quiet workspace for conducting meetings and calls with clients.
WHAT YOU'LL GET WORKING WITH US:

WHAT QUALITIES YOU SHOULD HAVE:
  • Experience in large sales: Minimum 3 years of experience handling large transactions with high-level clients. Successful experience in selling high-value products or services (real estate, large loans, cars, yachts, jewelry).
  • Quick learner and logical thinker: You can easily absorb new information and apply it effectively.
  • Client-focused: You ask the right questions to understand client needs and provide solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills: You build rapport easily, are confident starting conversations, and can quickly find and maintain new clients.
  • Responsibility, honesty, and organization: You follow through on promises, call clients back promptly, remember agreements, manage your time well, and act with integrity.
  • Professional appearance and manners: You look polished and meet high standards of business etiquette expected by high-end clients.
  • Language skills: English at C1 level (CEFR) and fluent Turkish.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Qualify leads: Ask the right questions to gauge a client’s readiness to buy, ensuring you focus on the hottest leads.
  • Conduct meetings and understand client needs: Receive qualified leads from our lead generation team, meet with clients, understand their needs, and offer suitable real estate solutions.
  • Support clients and build trust: Stay in regular contact with clients, assist in decision-making, handle objections, and build long-term relationships based on trust.
  • Manage deals from start to finish: Work with developers to get the necessary documents, assist clients with paperwork and payments, and offer a full-service experience during their visit (organizing meetings, showing properties, dinners) to ensure a smooth process.
  • Maintain records and use CRM: Keep client data organized and up to date in our CRM system, complete reports on your work, and ensure accuracy at all times.
  • Follow sales techniques and improve professionally: Use established scripts and sales techniques, suggest improvements, and dedicate time daily to training and skill development.
  • Collaborate with the team: Work closely with the lead generation team and other colleagues to ensure a steady flow of clients, contribute to sales strategies, and help onboard new employees.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
  • Contract: Official employment with a signed work contract.
  • Online work format: This is a remote job available only for residents of Turkey.
  • Work schedule: Main hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Dubai time, six days a week. However, schedules may vary depending on client needs or advertising regions, such as from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM Dubai time.
  • Compliance with rules: Strict adherence to company standards and regulations is expected.
  • Training and onboarding: Comprehensive onboarding materials are provided to help you quickly adapt.
  • Motivation and bonuses: While we offer a modest base salary, significant bonuses are available. With good performance, your average income could be $6,000 or higher.
FINANCIAL DETAILS:If you're a top performer, you’ll appreciate our offer. Our bonuses make up a substantial part of your income – the more deals you close, the more you earn. Those who are willing to go all out can consistently earn $5,000 or more.This is a great opportunity for anyone who wants more than just a fixed salary and strives for growth and success.
You’ll be handling the full sales cycle with clients, from first contact to deal closure. Most of our clients are investors who buy property online, so being based in Turkey is a big advantage for these types of purchases.
However, if a client wishes to visit Dubai, our broker there will step in. 35% of your bonus will go to them, not just for showing the property, but for building a relationship with the client. This can include dinners, developer visits, bank trips, airport pickup, and hotel arrangements.
All further interactions and online communications will remain your responsibility. We have specialists both in Turkey and at our Dubai office to support you in working with clients.
BONUS CALCULATIONS TO GIVE YOU A BETTER UNDERSTANDING:
Base salary: $300KPI bonus: 5 sales = $1,000Average commission per sale: $17,000
Example bonus calculations for a month:
1. If you achieve 80%-99% of the plan:
  • 3% of total sales:
  • $85,000 × 3% = $2,550 bonus
Total income:
  • Base salary: $300
  • KPI bonus: $1,000
  • Sales bonus: $2,550
  • Total: $3,850
2. If you achieve 100%-149% of the plan:
  • 4.5% of total sales:
  • $85,000 × 4.5% = $3,825 bonus
Total income:
  • Base salary: $300
  • KPI bonus: $1,000
  • Sales bonus: $3,825
  • Total: $5,125
3. If you achieve 170% or more:
  • 9% of total sales:
  • $85,000 × 9% = $7,650 bonus
Total income:
  • Base salary: $300
  • KPI bonus: $1,000
  • Sales bonus: $7,650
  • Total: $8,950
