You support our team as
Sales Manager SSS Turkey (f/m/d)
Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales targets within Turkey/Emerging Markets by developing own customers but also with the existing Eagle Burgmann cross selling team for Static Sealing Solutions and established distributors,
  • Execute profitable growth strategy for Static Sealing Solutions within Turkey/Emerging Markets,
  • Develop new business opportunities, markets and sales channels,
  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly sales cycle with team using CRM System, quotes/forecasts/budgets and country alignment,
  • Develop of sales organization, which includes dedicated Static Sealing Solution associates where it makes sense, working using cross selling with EB sales representatives and handling distributors for countries without EB sales,
  • Assure appropriate training of sales team by establishing competence matrix defining requirements, current level of knowledge, training plan and most importantly effective training implementation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience,
  • Ideally 5 years of sales experience and 2 years of direct leadership experience,
  • Ideally knowledge of Static Sealing Solution portfolio, inspection, and service execution,
  • Experience in selling long lasting solutions, especially technical selling skills,
  • Must have motivational and managerial skills and a high sense of urgency to recognize equipment, process, and industry opportunities in the market (develop networks),
  • Travel required 75% or exceeding,
  • Strong language skills verbal and written in English mandatory.
