Op. Dr. Beşir ÖNER CLINIC is seeking talented International Sales Specialists to join our dynamic and international team in Istanbul.
The candidate will work in the Telesales department for patients seeking treatment in Turkey.
Qualifications:
- University degree
- Advanced proficiency in spoken and written Italian, Spanish, French, English, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Arabic, and German
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM programs
- Ability to learn about services and explain them to clients
- Advanced negotiation skills
- Strong communication skills
- Good listening skills, with the ability to explain clearly and confidently in a friendly manner
- Effective communication and persuasion skills over the phone
- At least 2 years of sales experience in the health tourism sector
- The candidate will work in the international sales department for patients seeking treatment in Turkey.
- Follow up with the patient throughout the sales process
- Contact potential customers to provide information about our services
- Provide all necessary information about our services to the customer
- Collect customer information and close deals
- Prepare and share price quotations for medical packages with patients
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
- Outbound Call Center: 1 year (Preferred)
- Proficiency in one of the following languages:
- Spanish (Preferred)
- Italian (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
- French (Preferred)
- German (Preferred)
- Polish (Preferred)
- Portuguese (Preferred)
- Russian (Preferred)
- Arabic (Preferred)
Eğitim:
- Üniversite (Tercih edilir)
- Sağlık turizmi sektöründe: 1 yıl (Tercih edilir)
- İspanyolca, İtalyanca, Fransızca, Almanca,Arapça (Tercih edilir)
