What you will be doing.

• Partner with Hiring Managers to assess talent needs and provide expertise and guidance.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of high-quality candidates.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a range of niche roles and levels.
• Build relationships with key hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and priorities.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by managing the complete lifecycle of the candidate journey.
• Build talent pipelines and source potential candidates using multiple sourcing and attraction methods.
• Coordinate and participate in the recruitment and selection process.

What we are looking for.

• You are known for your attention to detail, professionalism, self-motivation, and time management.
• Talent Acquisition professional with HR, business, or related field degree or equivalent education/experience
• 4+ years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced multinational company or recruitment agency ideally from one of the following sectors Oil & Gas, Energy, Renewables, Maritime
• Have strong sourcing and interviewing skills, ability to assess candidate fit
• Have knowledge of local labour law, HR policies, GDPR, and recruitment technology/tools (e.g., ATS and Linked In Recruiter)
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams)
• Have excellent English communication skills (verbal and written
