Strategy Execution Manager / Head

As Georg Fischer Hakan Plastik, we are seeking a Strategy Execution Manager/Head to drive the strategic planning and strategic execution of GF Building Flow Solutions in Turkey, located in İstanbul or Çerkezköy.
You will report directly to the General Manager of GF Hakan Plastik in Turkey and be a key member of the local management team.
As Georg Fischer Hakan Plastik, we are seeking a Strategy Execution Manager/Head to drive the strategic planning and strategic execution of GF Building Flow Solutions in Turkey, located in İstanbul or Çerkezköy.
You will report directly to the General Manager of GF Hakan Plastik in Turkey and be a key member of the local management team.
Coordinate detailing and execution of the strategic plan with the management team.
Set up and execute a follow up structure to oversee implementation and report on risks, opportunities and progress.
Own specific cross-functional workstreams within the strategic plan, potentially in operational excellence (lean management), business development, digitalization of processes.
Take a pivotal role for cross-functional alignment of (internal) communications to ensure buy-in of employees to the strategic plan.
Facilitate change management to anchor the strategic plan in the organization.
Being a sparring partner to the company management team by providing ideas besides necessary analysis and aligning on initiatives.
Collaborate with other units of Georg Fischer (GF), including EMEA sales, Technology, and the GF Strategy Network.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices on specific areas to ensure the management team has the latest information for decision-making.
Fluency in English and Turkish (written and spoken).
Master’s degree in engineering, business management, or a comparable field.
Five years of relevant work experience, ideally with comparable responsibilities.
Number-driven, proactive and hands-on mentality.
