EY Parthenon Türkiye - Strategy Intern

EY-Parthenon Türkiye is recently established and fast growing. This is providing new team members broader responsibilities, more exposure to clients, and overall, a significant opportunity for personal growth and development. Therefore EY-Parthenon is searching for interns to support our ongoing projects year-around for our office in Istanbul, and as part of our EMEIA team, who are looking for entrepreneurship and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment on different levels.
The opportunity
As an Intern, you will be responsible for supporting a specific workstream or a project by executing the specified analyses. You will have opportunities to learn from senior team members through counselling relationships, mentoring, and coaching.
You will work with a high-performing, integrated team which focuses on a variety of global and local corporate clients and private equity clients. You'll have a diverse range of stretching experiences which will give you continuous learning and development opportunities as well as a great sense of achievement.
Your key responsibilities
- Contribute to problem structuring and clarification of key issues.
- Suggest approaches to analyze and address the issues.
- Collect and analyze information, incl. attending client interviews.
- Draft conclusions and possible recommendations.
- Prepare documents for client communication, incl. proposals and project documents.
- Support clients and senior team members from the start.

Skills and attributes for success
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a STEM field, preferably from a top-ranking institution, with a record of outstanding academic achievement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a practical ability to shape the business agenda and define strategic roadmaps.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, team player and excellent communicator.
- Excellent knowledge of English and Turkish.
- Client focused mindset with career aspirations.
