Within your role:
After we train you on our HR systems and processes, as HR Business Partner Turkey, you will be the first point of contact with regards to HR topics, operations related matters, policies and procedures. The successful candidate will be excited to develop a career in our Human Resources function of a global organization that embraces a culture of continuous learning. We are a close-knit team across many locations, you will be team orientated while remaining versatile, open minded and be able to work autonomously when needed.

You will need previous experience in a multinational environment in a HR function.


Your responsibilities as HRBP at Videojet, include:

• You will be responsible for the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offbording, succession planing, engagement survey & D&I strategy
  
• Deliver sustainable change projects, key HR initiatives, organisational changes, workforce mapping and capability planning, succession planning and talent management
  
• Integrate a coaching approach into interactions with leaders. Coach and build people leader capability to create a positive associate environment
  
• Maintaining HRIS (Workday) systems and employee records and benefits
  
• Collaborate with the leadership team on employee engagement initiatives
  

Your education and background experience will include:

• Strategic HR business partnering experience preferably in multinational companies, across multiple sites
  
• Leadership mindset, highly effective in influencing others, excellent planning and organization skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks, and work in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment
  
• Hands-on mentality with previous experience in HRIS (Workday or similar)
  
• You are able to be in our office Atasehir a minimum of 3 days a week
  
• Excellent written and spoken English and Turkish
