JOB SUMMARY:
The Analysis and Reporting Manager is responsible for analyzing, and interpreting protection data, as well as for turning it into useful management information and communications products for the PRo L program. This role requires a good variety of analytical and writing skills, a solid knowledge of the humanitarian context, protection environment, and stakeholders in Ukraine.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Producing a very high quality, informative, visually effecting monthly Protection Analysis reports, Situation Reports, Snapshots.
• Ensuring a general analysis of protection issues in order to provide early warnings and to devise general advocacy and programmatic measures to mitigate and address emerging protection risks based on evidence.
• In cooperation with PRo L MEAL Officer, providing the visual representation of information used in PRo L reporting and communication products.
• Checking the quality of the data being collected, initiating and participating in the revision of protection monitoring tools and questionnaires.
• Ensuring that the data received from partners is valid and of sufficient quality.
• Establishing and maintaining program information and reporting processes and systems.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with the Protection Cluster, NGO actors, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Acting as a focal point for the Protection Cluster requests.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in an international NGO in information collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to identify gaps and take the initiative to cope with them.
• Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to synthesize and process information quickly.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, as well as proven interpersonal skills, tact and diplomacy.
• Languages: excellent level of English, fluency in Ukrainian
• Computer literacy, Excellent Microsoft Office skills and experience with financial and procurement systems
• High degree of flexibility and strong ability to organize work, meet deadlines, maintain composure, prioritize work under pressure, coordinate multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail

Education: University Degree in International Development, Business Management, Information Management, Data Analysis or other equivalent
