Your project: Taimi. It is one of the largest, fully inclusive LGBTQI+ dating app. It is carefully designed so that you can explore your sexuality and passion. We and our users believe that people find their attractions and mutuals in a sexually fluid environment with full freedom of choice. Taimi has partnered with Doja Cat, Katy Perry, Lil Nas X, Netflix, The Ellen Show, Rolling Stone Magazine, and more. 20 million users, 2 million messages daily, 4.5/5 Apple Store and 4.3/5 Google Play.
You will:

• Conduct user research studies, including surveys, in-depth interviews, and concept/prototype testing, to generate user-focused insights and translate those insights into actionable recommendations.
• Own research process end-to-end, including creativity and execution.
• Collaborate efficiently with product, marketing, and PR teams and translate research findings into action plans.
• Communicate research findings effectively to stakeholders, including clear and concise presentations and reports tailored to different audience levels.
• Initiative user-oriented changes that will accelerate product growth and increase user satisfaction.
• Enhance processes and documentation in user research.

From you:

• At least one year of hands-on experience in user research.
• Proficiency in a wide variety of user research methods and ability to mix and apply methods to answer research needs/goals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze large sets of quantitative data (like survey data) and collaborate with data teams to turn this into meaningful user insights.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, contributing to and influencing the product development process.
• Proactivity in identifying opportunities and potential challenges.
• Fluency in English is required.

Will be an advantage:

• Good knowledge of Product Management, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, or related field will be a plus.
