Your project: Hily. It is a dating app that has won the hearts of millions of users worldwide. The app helps users quickly find someone to connect with, from flirting to building meaningful relationships. We take our mission seriously: we do our best to understand users' needs and shorten their path from registration to finding an ideal partner. Thanks to our efforts, we are always on the list of the top 10 dating apps in the USA. 35M registered users, 50M matches annually, 1.5B likes sent, 900K monthly active users, 4.6/5 Apple Store and 4.4/5 Google Play user ratings.
What you will do daily:

• Stay on top of pop culture and trends in the US.
• Plan and create a content calendar and produce content for our socials, mainly for IG and Tik Tok (you may need to collaborate with US Tik Tok content creators).
• Plan and create content to support various activations.
• Lead bi-weekly brainstorming sessions with your fantastic colleagues (you'll love them!).
• Experiment with formats and topics for content, with a heavy lean toward entertaining content.
• Comment and engage with other brands, celebrities, and sometimes our followers on socials.
• Report bi-weekly on social performance to your lead.
• Proactively research and update yourself and your team on ethical norms to ensure our content is inclusive and respectful towards everyone, regardless of gender identity, race, nationality, sexual orientation, disability, or mental status.

What we expect from you to succeed:

• Energy, curiosity, passion for US culture, and a deep dive into it.
• Live, conversational, brave English.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience. Working with the US market is a plus.
• You are proficient with Adobe Express, Canva Pro, or whatever tool you use to create photo and video content and organize and set up the calendar.
• It's not a problem for you to design or cut videos for socials most of the time and, when needed, to cooperate with a professional designer or video editing person for more complex tasks.
• Working discipline and ability to keep up with deadlines and processes. You have a mature working style, with no need for policing, micromanaging, or parenting.

• Your age, gender, race, or sexual orientation. We'll love you whatever the answers are.
• Where you live, what timezone you work in, and whether you want to work remotely or on-site. The biggest part of your team works in GMT+3, your leader works in GMT-5, and we'll figure out how to set up everything with the right candidate.
