Your tasks will be:
- conducting technical onboarding for new clients in the Solidgate system
- supporting processes related to Solidgate's payment services
- building new processes and optimizing existing ones
- configuring payment routing
- active collaboration with product and technical teams within the company
- communication with technical support from partner banks
- managing straightforward analytical queries from clients
- identifying and resolving anomalies in the payment process
- you are currently studying in the field of "Applied Mathematics/System Analysis" or related specialities
- 0.5+ years of experience in finance/data analytics/auditing
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- English proficiency at a minimum level of Upper-Intermediate
- knowledge of SQL and Python
- you can work autonomously and productively at the same time
- you possess practical experience working with Tableau and Postman
- more than 30 days off during the year (20 working days of vacation + days off for national holidays)
