Magnetics is a Ukrainian product marketing agency specializing in UX-UI, front-end, market research, product marketing, media advertising, and affiliate marketing. The company was founded in 2014.
We are looking for a systematic and experienced professional for the position of Chief Marketing Officer for our i Gaming project. The main goal of this role is to provide strategic leadership and development that will help us achieve our business goals and improve our key metrics.
Requirements:

• 2+ year experience in a Head of Marketing/CMO position in the i Gaming industry
• Actual track records in building and growing marketing departments
• Strong skills with all sources of traffic acquisition (from affiliate to influence)
• Excellent understanding of all metrics like CAC, ROI, CPC
• Deep expertise with Tier-1 and Tier-2 markets
• Experience leading strategic company projects, such as entering new markets and platforms, adapting organizational structures to goals, and opening new traffic sources
• Good knowledge of how to build an efficient reporting process
• Perfect mastery in all aspects of i Gaming business running: development, marketing, bizdev, support etc.
• Upper-intermediate English level

How you'll be contributing:

• Be responsible and improve such metrics as CAC, GGR, LTV, ARPU, ROI
• Write and implement a Marketing strategy
• Hire and develop the team with the help of HR/Recruitment unit
• Synchronize and cooperate with product, tech, retention, analytics teams
• Ensure high standards of report formatting
• Budgeting and efficient cost allocation
• Grow product brands and be an ambassador of company values and principles
• Make strategic decisions together with other top managers
