The Role
As i Deals continues to scale, we are looking for an ERP Technical Lead to drive the development of robust, scalable Net Suite solutions. You will play a key part in advancing our ERP team’s capabilities and contributing to our global business growth.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Business Analysts, the Business Process Automation team, the Head of PMO, the IT Director, and the Principal Architect. Your responsibilities will include designing architectural solutions, auditing and reviewing integrations, and refining common approaches to ensure successful project outcomes.
This position reports to the Engineering Manager, Antonina, and is ideal for someone motivated by curiosity to optimize solutions, and eager to embrace challenges while fostering team growth. A clear path for progression to an Architect role is available.
We are seeking candidates based in Ukraine or Poland.
What You Will Do
- Design business-aligned architectures and lead technical investigations for optimized ERP solutions
- Lead workshops, guide the team in evaluating architecture, manage task estimation, perform code reviews, and mentor the ERP team for continuous improvement
- Collaborate on system integrations to ensure smooth data flow between Net Suite and other platforms
- Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training for effective Net Suite use
- Optimize system performance, data management, security, and monitoring
- Support business process optimization and automation
- Manage technical debt to support scalable solutions
What We Look For
- 5+ years of experience with various ERP systems, including Net Suite
- Proven expertise in building, testing, and managing ERP processes with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and optimization
- Strong knowledge of system architecture, design, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC), with hands-on experience in system integration
- Tech-agnostic approach, with flexibility to work across various tech stacks and a deep understanding of ETL processes
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of leading successful ERP implementations
- Commitment to high-quality, sustainable development practices
- Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher)
Nice To Have
- Experience working with 1C
- Hands-on experience with automation tools and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions
Our Interview Process
