What You Will Do

• Participate in all phases of the SDLC as part of a cross-functional product team. This includes, but is not limited to, requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing (unit and integration tests), building, deployment, and operation of new product increments, handling change requests, defect resolution, spikes, and proof-of-concepts.
• Ensure high-quality solutions by maintaining acceptable test coverage, aligned with the Definition of Done criteria.
• Be a proactive team player, contributing actively to the group’s efforts to complete tasks and achieve goals.
• Adhere to and drive modern software engineering practices through design reviews.
• Support hiring activities by participating in technical interviews and live coding sessions to select the best technical talent for the team.
• Engage in mentorship and knowledge sharing within the team and Engineering organization.

• Over 4 years of commercial experience in backend development using .NET platform (including .Net 6/8).
• Solid understanding of the SDLC, along with software design and architecture principles.

• Experience with relational databases (preferably Postgre SQL) and/or No SQL databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS is preferred).
• Expertise in writing both unit and integration tests while ensuring that best practices for testing are integrated into every phase of development.
• Proficient in Docker and Kubernetes, with the ability to create and maintain Helm charts.
• B2 level proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Proactive attitude and a growth mindset, with a strong orientation towards self-development and continuous learning.

• Experience in product or Saa S businesses will be a significant differentiator.
• Experience with multiple products in the virtual data room domain.
• AWS Certification.
• Knowledge of security best practices in backend development.
