Our new team member needs to:

• Have master’s degree (Economic, Finance, Technical)
• Have work experience in Planning, or other areas with analytical background
• Have Advanced PC user (MS Excel) skills
• Have strong communication skills, able to handle time pressure
• Have learning mindset, willingness to express and experiment with new ideas
• Have English at pre-intermediate level

You can be successful in this role if:

• You can manage NARTD (Non-Alcoholic Ready to Drink) and Premium Spirits categories inventory at the SKU-location level.
• You provide research and analyze potential out-of-stock risks, proactively communicate to prevent losses.
• You develop and execute the Moldova Supply Plan across ABP (Annual Business Plan), RE (Rolling Estimate), weekly, and daily horizons.
• You collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall effectiveness.
• You create and implement new tools to optimize daily routines.
• You ensure all requested reports and presentations are prepared and delivered on time.
• You are eager to implement best practices to improve service quality and efficiency.

The main office of the company is located in Velyka Dymerka. Corporate buses are provided from metro stations Chernihivska and Lybidska, and also, from the city of Brovary and the settlements of Velyka Dymerka, Bohdanivka, Kalyta.
