Pr JSC Vetropack Gostomel Glass Factory produces, sells and distributes glass packaging in Ukraine. Our site is located in Gostomel, Kyiv region with more than 380 employees.
We invite a highly skilled HR Operations Specialist (staff administration + payroll) to join our team in Gostomel, who brings experience in human resources management, including employee relations, HR compliance, and process improvement. The expertise in optimizing HR operations and ensuring smooth procedural efficiency will be a valuable asset to our team.
Responsibilities

• Maintaining staff administration and payroll (both in 1C and hard copies)
• Participation in HR budgeting and cost analysis
• Bonus calculation and payments execution
• Recording employee benefits
• HR and payroll reporting

Requirements and skills

• Strong knowledge of Labor Law
• University degree
• English, not less than B1
• Proven experience as payroll specialist or/and staff administration
• Solid understanding of payroll accounting
• Good knowledge in 1C and MS Office (SAP, Success Factors is a plus)
• Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
