Import Export Specialist

Nestle Ukraine, worldwide leader in Food and Beverage industry, successfully working and developing in Ukraine, is announcing an opening of Import-Export Specialist (Supply Chain) position in Kyiv.
Main responsibilities:
- Coordinate inbound and outbound process in a way to secure compliant, timely and cost-efficient flow of goods
- Manage IMS process flow including creation of GSI (General Shipping Instructions) and Product Briefs confirmation
- Ensure the documentation compliance is attended, assuring timely and accurate delivery
- Maintain goods movements in SAP (creating orders, posting GR and GI)
- Ensure that required import permits and export licenses for all processes from Goverment Institutions are obtained timely
- Manage authorizations and simplified customs procedures
- Ensure correct HS code classification for new and existing products based on proficiency in TARIC
- Ensure proper and correct preferential origin calculation of products with specific knowledge of Origin rules defined in FTA’s
- Ensure partnership relation with Local Government institutions, service providers and suppliers
- Prepare tender process with Procurement and ensure smooth implementation
Main requirements:
- Higher Education
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Best Practices in Inter-Market Supply & International Transportation
- Expertise in Customs legislation (tariff codes, permitted actions with goods, preferential origin, etc.…)
- Expertise in Foreign trade contracts (Incoterms - international commercial terms clarifying the obligations of buyers and sellers, CMR convention - contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road)
- Deep understanding of other Operations processes (Demand&Supply Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Factories
- Experience in ERP systems & platforms: SAP, Transporeon, TRACES
- Fluent in English language
- Proficiency in MS Office package use
