Our Online Marketing Team is looking for a Job Boards Marketing Manager.
REQUIREMENTS:

• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the recruitment or job board space.
• Proven track record of launching and growing products in international markets.
• Experience with SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media strategies, and email marketing.
• Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
• Have hands-on experience in working with Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMRush, Screaming Frog.
• Have analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
• Be proactive, attentive to details and extremely responsible

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the marketing strategy for our job board expansion.
• Conduct market research to identify local market needs and tailor campaigns accordingly.
• Utilize SEO/SEM, content marketing, and social media to increase brand awareness.
• Build and maintain partnerships with recruitment agencies and companies in target regions.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on ROI.
