Job Boards Marketing Manager

Our Online Marketing Team is looking for a Job Boards Marketing Manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the recruitment or job board space.
- Proven track record of launching and growing products in international markets.
- Experience with SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media strategies, and email marketing.
- Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
- Have hands-on experience in working with Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMRush, Screaming Frog.
- Have analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
- Be proactive, attentive to details and extremely responsible
- Lead the marketing strategy for our job board expansion.
- Conduct market research to identify local market needs and tailor campaigns accordingly.
- Utilize SEO/SEM, content marketing, and social media to increase brand awareness.
- Build and maintain partnerships with recruitment agencies and companies in target regions.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on ROI.
