Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our brand, drive user engagement, and support the launch of new products and features
• Lead the planning, implementation, and monitoring of high-impact marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Conduct detailed performance analysis of the marketing campaigns and features performance to measure the effectiveness of initiatives and to identify growth areas
• Gather and analyze market insights to stay ahead of consumer trends and app performance, relying on various sources: in-house analytics, user surveys, ad-hoc researches conducted by the agencies
• Lead cross-channel management with in-app CRM campaigns (dozens of millions of users), our local Viber channels (5M+ subscribers), and local Tik Tok account (1M+ likes)
• Oversee the creation of engaging content including promotional materials, sticker packs, and lenses to enhance user engagement and brand visibility
• Work closely with the Business Development team to design and execute co-branded marketing activities with strategic partners
• Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring all campaigns are cost-effective and deliver a strong ROI
• Manage and mentor Marketing Manager and a team of freelance partners, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in digital marketing. Experience with leading B2C consumer app is a must. Experience with Ukrainian audience would be a big advantage.
• Knowledge of performance marketing tools/metrics
• Proven track record in creation successful marketing strategies
• Demonstrated ability in managing marketing campaigns, monitoring their performance, and making necessary adjustments for optimization
• Proven experience in content creation with service providers
• Experience in managing large-scale CRM campaigns and social media platforms
• University degree in Marketing, Economics, Management or related field
